There was no specific reason she was so big besides big babies run on my mom side. ALL 10+ lbs.

Not to sound offensive or anything but communication and work isn't going to make a good marriage if the people in it just are not meant to be together. Also if they bump heads in ways. You can't just change that.. no amount of marriage counceling can help if you just are not meant to be.

Then there's nothing wrong with it. Rather have two parents who are separated than forced together and aren't meant to be trying to press things. THAT is worse imho.

Sorry to here that but its better to get Divorce befor your kid has to deal with you guys not getting along im 20 and my parents are getting a divorce and their soooo much better off far far away from each other and who knows it might make him a better dad i know my dad has stepped up a lot lately!

It was a mistake, and how the hell would you have known that!!! lol.
I got divorced when I was 21. yeesh. And I got married when I was 20. But I never looked at it as an immature thing or anything... It was something that wasn't meant to be. I had no idea...
However me and my ex didn't really share anything together. My son is not his, so I didn't have something that .. big to tie us togeather..
You are really strong for doing this though, and knowing that it's not going to work.
Some people stay in unhappy relationships, or even 'kinda ok' relationships because they just get so comfortable.
I would never be able to do that.

But how is your relationship with him? Obviously not great, but are you two friends?
When Jeremy and I split up he actually moved out of the province for a while...I think it was really good for him, and he needed some time away from the area. He's back now, and it's been almost 2 years (woah.) since we got married, and I actually had him and some people over for a fire last weekend. It was nice! I'm glad we were able to remain friends...

I guess it's a little different for you though , because you have a child togeather. But if you two aren't friends now, give it some time.....

Your not dumb for getting married at such a young age.
I got married on my 16th Birthday. And 10+ years later we're still married.
Of course it has had it's ups & downs.
Heck we've made it through losing our Dear Son (forever7) To cancer.
When all the grief people said 90% of couples divorce when they lose a child.
Your still young and you will find someone new that treats you with respect and loves you. Hang in there!!
