False alarm?

Quick info-okay so ive been 2 cm 50% effaced for over a week now,been having BH and slowly loosing my mucus plug.
Which brings me to ive been having cramps not being able to time them and they start in my back and go to my belly for about an hour now.I got up to go pee and my back was still hurting so it was uncomfortable to walk.When i wiped when i peed finally the rest of the mucus plug has been evicted and there was alittle blood.Now i know this is all normal and doesn't mean ill go into labor right now but the only thing im wondering about is i had peed and once i had wiped and saw the plug(and i must say it was grose like i thought it would be)something started to trickle out like i was peeing again....it was like just a tiny bit but i didn't know if it could be part of the plug?I am pretty sure it wasn't my water breaking bc its gotta be more than that and wouldn't i be able to time contraction and not feel just crampy??
Ehhh i hope this makes since and wasn't to grose....im just confused of what just came out of my body lol 

it couldve been more pee. i do it all the time but when i lose my mucous plug i usually have baby days later so i'd expect something this weekend

Not sure what it was. But if you end up in a lot of pain I would go to L and D. with my first I just had bad back pain that wasn't stopping no way I could sit and time it. I thought it was just another pregnancy symptom my friend forced me to go to L and D insisting I was having contractions and sure enough I was.

That would be fabulous if i would have her this weekend....im very much ready for this to be over!
I mean i guess it could be more pee and not even relizing it(great ive lost control of my bladder already).
