re: Peeing in the pool? LOL

those "dyes that detect pee" are an urban legend from my understanding. I dont think anyone actually makes that. The only way they can test for pee is by testing the nitrate levels. (remember who my hubby is)

but yea, its not true. I asked my husband and said "Thats what parents tell their kids to make them not pee in the pool, no one manufactures anything that detects pee."

Yeah our bathrooms are disgusting at the communitypoool. But I won't ever pee in my own pool.. I dont know whyI just feel worse doing it in my own pool. hahahaha

ehhh, everyone pees in a pool one time or another..

lol. When I was young I was wading in the baby pool and slipped on a poop ball. My step mom grabbed my two year old sister out and said "What kind of mother would let their child poop in a pool?" All the while, it was my two year old sister that had done it.   I still remind my sister that she pooped in a pool, and she reminds me how I slipped on it.

LMAO!!! I went to a public pool with my family once and my little cousin stepped in some that was on the bottom. It was so gross! The pool ended up being closed for the rest of the day!

I work at a daycare, and when we take all the kids to the pool thats what we tell them! lol

if they go the the bathroom in the pool all the water around them is going to turn purple!

Okay, I see you all kinda feel the same way I do about it, LOL... Sorta torn....

Now that I think about it, they had to lock the pool down a couple weeks ago to chemically shock it. I am so not getting in that damn thing...

My husband says that people call his work all the time asking for this magic dye and alot of people are really angry that it doesnt exist. But hey, kids dont know any better.   So, rock on

Its probably a good thing it isnt really... I mean would you really want to know how much pee is in a public pool?

trust me...you would not want to know......that, along with other things to fierce to mention. There are many reasons my husband and I dont swim in public pools....some of those reasons are bodily fluids and/or excretions. ...and assorted hairs.

When I was little i swam in public pools.. You don't care then.. But now I will NEVER swin in one & will NOT let my son either.
