Do you keep your DH's swimmers in you? It seems like no matter how long I keep my butt elevated and legs up some of his stuff still falls out when I finally get up? Any ideas ladies? I'm worried they aren't getting to where they should be. grr...

I always lost A LOT of my husbands swimmers, and I never kept my legs u or anything, and obviously something went right anyways. It just takes that one

Some is going to come out due to gravity. But the trick is to get as many of the little buggers in there and stay. My guys little guys would leak out after laying 20 or 30 minutes but I still got pregnant.
