This is going to sound really stupid, but I have to ask.
When your baby drops do you still feel movements and like legs above the belly button or is your baby WAY down there?
Everyone says I have dropped, but I still feel the baby right around my belly button area. I know she is bigger than she is suppose to be, but I am just curious as to when baby drops , can you still feel alot of movement in the mid belly area.
I know this might sound crazy, but I dont have anyone else to ask... and I am curious. lol Thanks

My baby dropped a few weeks ago and while her head and hands are totally as low as she can be without me dilating more, I still get kicks and shifting up around my bellybutton. Think about this- at your stage of pregnancy, your baby is probably around 20 in. long (or more). How long is that if you stretch it out from your crotch upwards? LOL Sorry for the crude suggestion but it might help you get an idea of where your little one is.

my baby is in the downward position (according to my practitioner) and i can still feel her in my midsecction. it's more uncomfertable when she trys to move now though thanks to her getting my ribs but it's not as intense as when she had more room to kick me .

you still fill the kicks above your belly button cause more then likley their head down so there feet are up. Personally i dont know if this applies to everyone but i feel all kinda of sensations in my pubic hair region..lol sorry TMI but my dr confirmed i have dropped at week 32
