dialating more?

So I've been crampy every day...like menstral cramps. Today I woke up and I have spotting (light brown tint) its not my plug...could this mean I'm dialating more? I've been 1cm 50% effaced for the past 3 weeks   Im scheduled for a csection wednesday but hey I'm not going to put up a fight if my little guy comes over the weekend!!
