re: babys dad

i know how to pick them.. befor i met him he was married which his wife was preg too ... she left him back in jan i beleve .. n a week na half later he had a girl in his bed which his wife caught them... but his wife lost the baby when i found out i was preg by him in mid march ( i met him at the end of feb .. i happend to get preg after going off birthcontrol 2 weeks befor i got preg (drunking nights...) but i should of known hw he was from the start and not of gotten involved with him...

They have to be that far behind to get their license revoked?? I dont think it's like that in Florida. I think they'll snatch them pretty quick here!!

Too bad my son's father works for his family and gets paid with no taxes taken out so Im basically screwed if I want any support. That helped with my decision to just go on without his sorry butt! Men who would rather LIE than man up and be a Dad are better off without their kids!!!

Here you miss two months concequitvley (sp, i know i fucked that word up) you're taken to court and sometimes even jail time if it happens more than once.

i dont know reallly about the laws here in new jersey .. i should look into them just in case when she is born id have to go to court ....

I wish it was like that here in VA. Because he seem to just get away with murder NOTHING he doesn't seem to effect him, and I mean NOTHING. It sucks but that's why I do everything I can to get my life in order.

it's stupid how this country is supposedly united but i rarely hear of a state that has one simular law. ha. they sohuld all be the same cause it seems like some people are getting fucked over in one state, and the other state they get it all taken care of.

Yes do that and do it early. I got sole custody when my daughter was four months and they took the child support back to when she was first born because he broke our verbal agreement

In VA u do too. Unless you go dircetly to Department of Child Support Services but I still think you have to go through the court

oh ok.... i hate goin to court ! last time i went i passed out in the court room .. lol
