dr .Appt

i was so excited to go to my dr appt today considering that last week i was 1 cm dilated and had been getting my bh and really bad cramps .....i was sure i progressed......i get there get checked and NOTHING still one cm......so then he sends me for a sonogram that i had to wait 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room for .....and the lady says oh man your cervix is doing NOTHING!! i was like oh great and says you got your self a big one there i say about a 8 almost 9 pounder .....GREAT so with that i thought my dr would at least be looks like you baby is ready if you want and inducement......nope he jsut says big baby still a scheduled c-sec for july 23rd MAN!! NO LUCK!! i am going to be walling my @$$ off this baby need to quit being all comfy and come and say hi to her anxiously waiting family LOL! scares me though cause my mom said i was 1 month over due with her thank god for c-sectins....oh well jsut had to say!!

LOL!! Holy Cow, he's big already!! I'd be inducing myself   hehe... I'm SUPER impatient! And I'm really hoping that he won't be too big.. with my luck he'll be a nice 7 lbs and have the HUGEST head and shoulders Ever   LOL Good Luck with Everything!!!  

My doc said my baby was huge when I was at 32 weeks and was like he is coming any day now hope you are ready. He came at 37 weeks weighing 7.6 pounds. So I don't think he was huge.

They thought my son was 7ish pounds or so... He ended up being 9lbs 6oz. I was like HOLY CRAP. And I did it naturally.. with the help of an epidural that I swore wore off like an hour before he was delivered because I felt EVERYTHING and I could move my legs again. Blah. haha Needless to say I was sore for a while after..

The old practice I was with was convinced I was going to have a HUGE baby with my first pregnancy. He was only 7 lbs 2 oz. Ultrasound estimates of weight can be anywhere from 12 oz to 1 lb off in either direction. Right now our little girl is measuring at 6 lbs 5 oz onultrasound. Our new practice has made sure we know that she could be as small as 5 lbs 5 oz or as large as 7 lbs 5 oz.

I just didn't want you to worry too much about the size of your little guy. Hang in there!

i am ready just waiting for her to be ready!!

oh i am not worried i expect it this is my third child my first was 8lb 13 ox and my second was 9 lbs so i expect his one to be just as big ......

I was 1 cm up til 3 days before my due date. Then miraculously it went to 2. 2 days before my due date I delivered. Don't give up hope. You still have a couple weeks.
