Not sure...

So yesterday was a pretty normal day and then last night when i got up to use the bathroom i had this horrible pain inmypelvic "bone" (not sure its bone there). The pain is connected to my hips so when i tried to walk to the bathroom i almost fell everytime. I hurt so much and i'm scared to death to go into labor now cause when i lay on my back its 100 times worse.   Anyone else have this? How do you fix it?
