My WW leader says don't go more than two under or two over...so three can't really hurt, just don't make it a habit and start again tomorrow. Tomorrow will be one month for me and I think I've lost probably about 10lbs this month. We'll see! Are you breastfeeding? You get 10 extra points if you are....that's really nice to me =)
