colic is when they have gas in their stomach and cant relieve it. apparently it hurts a lot for the poor baby

my 3 week old doesnt cry much just when he has a dirty diaper or when his hungry but for the past 2 days his been crying and even if i hold him he wont stop crying so i talked to his doctor and she said it might be colic his tummy gets really hard and when he cries its really loud and he gets irritaded with anything even if i walk around holding him he wont stop crying. She said if it continues she gonna give him medicine.
