Leaky Bottles

Has anyone else had a problem with the Avent bottles and nipple leaking around the top when they are feeding their baby? I spent a lot of money to get the Avent Stuff and now the bottle leak sometimes when I am trying to feed my baby. I don't mean a little leak, I mean pooring out around the neck....

I have never heard of that. Have you made sure the nipples are in the ring (lid) all the way. It sounds like they aren't in there tight enough.

Make sure you tighten it enough. I was scared by all the warnings about overtightening, so I BARELY would tighten them and then they would leak. Just give them an extra twist they should be fine.

mine leak sometimes too, but its morelike a fewdrips. its very annoying cuz then i get formula on my floor and on my clothes. i dont even use them anymore. i really like the evenflo glass bottles.

I had the same problem with Avent bottles. I made sure to check that everything was tight and it still leaked   I got so frustrated with the mess and threw them away.

i had the same pro it had to do with when i put the top on it would only screw a little so i know it was on wrong and id do it again and i had to kind of here it seal when i closed it and it would be fine...i dont know if i explained that correctly hope it helps
