any who i was 180 when i delivered and now im 164.. i hopeto lose 20 lbs.. im praying..

this is my last preggo pic at 39 weeks n 1 day.. i was 39 wks n 5 days when he was born...

You should get a waist cincher and wear it pretty much the whole day, it helps bring the uterus back down to its normal size faster!

Can you wear one of those after you have the baby if you have a c-section? I know I will be having another and I want one but not sure if i'd have to wait until my 6 weeks is up

I dunno if u can wear it right after the c-section, you may want it to heal first!!

I couldn't wear mine till 8 weeks pp or it hurt so bad. It still helped to smooth the fat out.

Oh ok. Yeah I know i was in pain for awhile after I had my daughter but I can remember how long it was for. Just curious if the Doctor allows you to if you feel ok or not at all until your 6 weeks.

Prob not till after the 6 week mark. They don't breath at all so I think it would be bad for the healing process.

no im tryin but he wont latch.. so i pump them but i only get like 2 oz .. about an oz outta each

That is good, don't give up!! I had to pump for the first month before my son learned to latch. You burn like 300 extra calories a day breastfeeding (/pumping) so keep it up if you can! Your supply will increase the more you pump. Mine got up to 8 oz per boob every 3 hours!
