mine swelled kinda early but it's also cause I have a bad habit of crossing my legs... maybe that's what's causing it?!?

i swell pretty seriously in my feet and ankles by friday night. i work a sit-down job though. looooong hours.
my dr. said it's normal when you sit or stand for extended periods of time. drink as much water as you can and take mini breaks when you can. get up and walk around and be sure to elevate your feet, if you're able. i know it's hard for me to elevate them and i work in an office with only one other person, but the phone and computer i work on are positioned oddly. *shrugs* i try though.
the drinking tons of water thing helps me most. fyi.
