Swimming is actually a great form of exercise to do while preggo. Go for it.

Swimming is actually very good excersize for you. Its low impact and helps support your belly, if its a big belly, while in the water, takes some of the weight off of your back and knees and hips and all. Swim away

swimming when prego was my fav! it takes all the pressure and weight off your body and back and is soothing. plus it always made my babies dance in my belly. i dont know if it was because of the water against my belly, the sounds or the loss of even more gravity and me turning circles or whatever. LOL but my babies in my belly loved it. more importantly- i LOVED it!
