period after giving birth?

How long after you give birth are you suppose to get your period again? I'm 3 weeks pp and today I woke up with some mild cramping and some (what seems like) period blood. Does this seem notm or should I go to the doc? BTW, I have fully stopped bleeding from giving birth for like a week now. If you can help that would be great! thx.

I started around 4 months....I think. I wasn't regular until I was back on the pill. I think I spotted a tiny bit a few time before that.

I was just gonna ask the same thing. I am almost 3 weeks pp and today I started bleeding like I started my period. I guess we just started early.  

my daughter is almost 6 months and i still havent gotten my period....i breastfeed so it takes longer but im loving this haha
