im woryr about telling my mom that im pregnant, and im 16 and my babiee daddiee is 20. im afraid she might put him in jail. i wanted to get emancipated but im not sure if i can get it without their permission because i know for sure my mom does not want me to get emancipated. but i know she will make me get an abortion. so alil helppp? how should i tell her?

well, im 17, my BD is also 20... we have been together for 3 yrs though, i just sat my parents down and told them both that i was pregnant and not to worry i was going to take responsibility, and of course they offered abortion. i said no, you have a right to say no, they CANNOT force you to get an abortion.. now me and my BD are engaged and looking for a house to buy im due in november.

that's a hard one...BUT I am almost positive that she can't MAKE you get an abortion. If she tries to talk you into it then maybe talk to her as adoption for a choice. Do you want to keep it?

First of all you have no buisness sleeping with a 20 year old. 2ndly you need to just grow some and tell your mom.... and last the judge will not emancipate you just because you want to be. Sorry.
