re: Burying an embryo after miscarriage

I think while it is sad to have a miscarriage, there really isnt a need to bury the embryo. Now if you had a still birth, or the baby was considered a fetus I probably would have sometime of burial.

an embryo becomes a fetus at the end of the 8th wk of pregnancy...

and catluvr83....one of the babies was actuallyborn alive then later died..wouldn't that be similar to say if someone shot you and you died wks. or days later?...

yes, if the baby was born and died after birth then imo a person died. But if the baby died from being delivered too early I don't think it's murder. If the baby died as a direct result from the other person then it's murder...

yea i assume it was too early, but it was born too early due to that man's actions..otherwise the baby probably would not have been born too early and would have lived...idk..i think it is a messed up situation, and i feel so bad for women who have to go through that and not get justice for their baby that could have had a full life, but some stupid jackass wanted to take it away..but I am sure God will deal with them later...or at least the other people they will serve time with once they find out they are charged with feticide..

because to them it is still their child. you wouldn't flush your dead baby like a goldfish, why would you expect so,e ones else to? because it didn't reach the maturity to be considered a child??? how do you know it would have been "fished out of a toilet?"
Thankfully i have never been in that situation but, religouly speaking, I'd Def. fish it out of a toilet if need be. IMO the most respectful thing to do,would be to return it to it's true mother so, it can renue life by nurishing the soil.. if i had time to plann for it, i'd even be bold enough as to buy a plant to go over it.

To me that is much more respectful than just flushing it down the toilet like a period clot.

Honestly though....LOTS of babies are lost as period clots at 7 weeks gestation.

Knowing what it is is the only difference.

I didn't fish mine out of the toilet.
