Ok here is the situation.... I have really bad morning sickness. I do get hungry, but I can't be in the kitchen for more than a few minutes without having to run to the bathroom to toss my cookies. So what kind of snacks and drinksdo you enjoy that are easy to just grab and go sit down.
So far I have...
-Campbells Soup at hand(open and microwave)
-Cheese sticks and crackers
-Cut up fruit and Veggie trays
-Bottled water
-Capri Sun Lemonade
-Pop tarts
-NutraGrain Bars
-TV Dinners
one thing that helped my morning sickness is having ritz crackers sitting next to my bed. I would eat a few before I got up. This helped me settle my stomach. Other whys you have a pretty good list already.
I had terrible morning sickness too, I couldn't keep much down so I pretty much lived off of boost. Its not really a snack, but its a quick way to get the nutrition when you can't really eat. I would pour it over ice so it was really cold and just sip it. hope you feel better, hang it there!
