High BLOOD SUGAR ! :(

Hi girls !
I just got news from my widwife, that I have high blood sugar  
I had a 3 hour test.
They took my blood 4 times....
and here are results:
1 - normal.
2 - normal.
3 - I had 165, need to be no more then 155  
4 - I had 140, need to be no more then 140  
She told me I need to buy blood meter, go to lesseon about diet.
But I don't know what to eat now?
what is good, what is bad?
I'm really nervius.
I will need to go to doctor' office for monitoring the baby twice a week. (after 32 weeks, now I'm 30 weeks pregnant).
Oh my God, I so woory about our Baby !!!!!!!!!!!!
And if somebody use blood meter, shich one to use, is there some coupons for this?
