drink lots of water and decrease your salt intake, also get your husband/boyfriend to rub your feet at night, that always helps me!

Have the baby and all goes away just like that. You are so due that there ain't too much you can do. Do you have the Flintstone syndrome? That is what my husband calls my feet.

no! my feet use to swell all the time. go get a pedi! your feet will still be swolen no matter what, but at least they'll be cute!

I propped my feet up and put cold packs on my ankles. Of course, you know to drink lots and avoid sodium   You're almost there! After your little one gets here, it'll all go away

Yeah, plus she's at the end. They could massage the points that help start labor.

i wanna smell rubbing alcohol now! well, i don't see what alcohol would do unless you have a wound somewhere, but for me cold water works best. also, drinking to much water makes me feet worse since it is water retention that makes you swell

put your feet up whenever you can.
less salt in your diet.

eat water melon (including the pips) - it's an effective natural diuretic, plus it's yummy!
