re: babies daddy not her husband.

I think the answer to the question is she would be very stupid to try that. They were dumb enough in the first place to get married under false pretenses.

That isn't true I don't think... I believe that regardless of whatever if their "married" tri-care has to cover them no matter what even if they are some whore bag that got pregnany by some other man.

yaeh I mentioned that to her because I thought thats what they would do. But she also said I guess she could leave it blank and just add his name later on?? or something. i dunno.

Exactly.

And, maybe I got this from TV, but during investigations to determine if someone got married just for the green card, don't the investigators do interviews to see how much each person knows about the other in order to see if they really have a genuine relationship? I bet the military would do something like that, as well.

Hm... I don't know. I could be wrong. But I don't have to worry about anything like this.

yes you are correct. My friend married a friend so she could get a green card.   They had to have wedding photographs and pictures of them together. They had multiple interviews to show that they really knew each other. They had to prove that they lived together. All kinds of stuff....

I'm glad I don't either. The man I will marry will be Jeff, the one that got me pregnant. I would never screw people over purposely. That's just ridiculous.

The Department of Homeland Security does it, I'm quite sure the military could aswell if given a reason to.

I replied to your post. I think it's on the second page, it's true. She will get in trouble, and so will he for trying to scam the military and insurance companies aren't so nice and give away money and healthcare to anyone. If they cover it and it isn't his child they'll have to pay it all back. And you can't just "fill it in" later. I'm pretty sure she has to go through court, paternity tests and such.
