working out while pregnant ???

posted 8th Jul
so i found out iM 8 weeks pregnant at the moment and i have been in summer school for weight training for the past 3 weeks . it works me really hard because its basically with the football players getting ready for the season , but its a class i need to take because i failed over the school year . so i was wondering if that is way bad for me or how long can i work out for until i need to take it easy ?

oh and by tha way we play football on wednesdays so will that hurt my baby in any way ???

Football? Mmmm I would stop playing football but you could probably just take it easy on the training!

While pregnant you are not allowed to get your heart rate up above 140. If you do there is potential to over heat your baby. and I personally wouldn't be playing football.

A lite work out is ok, just dont over do your self with lifting weights.
You really shouldnt be playing football, esp if its tackle football... but i have played catch with a football with my fiance and his son... you just have to catch the ball with your hands, NOT YOUR BODY...If i knew that i couldnt catch it with my hands i just let the ball hit the ground.

no contact sports...football is not the same as "working out"

you can miscarry if you get knocked around or fall
