Best Product to clean floors?

Now that my sons doing his slithering-crawling motion, he's covered in sand from crawling around on my floors! I have two large dogs, which do not help keep the floors clean.
I'm vaccuming constantly, which helps a little. But I know I need to mop with something! I've tried the swiffer deal, that sucks. And I hate using the mop and bucket...does anyone have any suggestions on what they use thats EASY to keep the floors clean??

We are movning into a house with mostly tile and was wondernig what is safe to use with a wiggle worm baby!

Have you tried the new swiffer one? I think it's called wet jet or something, but it comes in the purple package. It has sanitizing spray that you press a little button to release and then there's a disposable thick mop pad to soak up the solution as you clean. It works really awesome on my floors and I always hated the regular swiffers.

I usually fill up the sink with water and orange pine sol, but when I'm too lazy for that I just get a wet washcloth and get down on my hands and knees and "mop"

I just use a little bit of eco friendly washing up liquid. We dont use harsh cleaning products on the floor because we dont want it getting into the dog and cat's systems.

Oh boy, I usually use the pine sol, but I hate using the mop and bucket...I feel like im just pushing the dirty-ness all around the floor! I don't think I could hand mop all my floors, my whole fricken house is tile....which is sort of okay....But i dont think i could do that,...im too lazy..lol

I'll have to look into that one...it doesnt leave a sticky residue on the floors?
But yeah I had the regular swiffer...that one didnt last long

well i dont know what to tell you coz i absolutely adore my swiffer! mops suck.

Yeah I threw mine away lol. No the new one doesn't leave a residue. And they have the cleaning solutions with febreeze in them so they smell really good. It is awesome at absorbing the dirt too. I don't think the regular pre-wetted swiffer pads do a good job at getting all the dirt.

My house doesnt have much tile so I'm lucky there. And I usually mop once every 3 days so it's not too dirty

i love that swiffer wet jet! They have new antibacterial cleaner out for germ freaks like me ahahaha

My whole house is tile flooring. This is the best thing I have ever used. You just use water. I dont use any chemicals around my daughter. I also have 2 big dogs and 2 cats.I was also told not to use a swiffer wetaround kids or animals but cant remember why.
