Why would she want to take your daughter from you? Just because you are moving out?

She would have to prove you are unfit and unable to adequately provide for your child, if she can do that its not going to matter how old you are.

well, you need to be honest with your mom and let her know what you are planning to do. She may not like it, but there's not much she can do to stop you.

She can't take your daughter away. I don't know the laws in Navada, but she might be able to report you as a run away and you will get taken to jail or a camp thing. I would look up the laws or wait and move out on your 18th birthday.

If anyone can prove you are unfit you could be 50 and they could STILL take your baby... Your age doesn't matter its your ability to provide for your child and properly care for her. If you are employed, have somewhere to live, adequate daycare and you don't abuse or nelglect your child, you should be fine. However, if you are missing one or more of those things, you'd better fix it quick or she may have a case against you. Apparently the living situation is an issue, but do you have someplace to go?? I didn't quite get that part, your grammar leaves a bit to be desired. Whther her father is there or not is a moot issue as long as you provide for her.
