The Weight!!!

posted 8th Jul
Okay Ladies, Give Me Your Advice On This One....

My Daughter Whos Name Is Joselynn Is 11 Months Old Now..Turning The Big One On July.....While Pregnant With Her I Had Only Gained 10 Pounds!!!(Yes, I Kno...Very Little)..After Giving Birth To Her, It Seemed I Had Gone Back To My Normal Weight And My Stomach Was The Way It Was Before I Got Pregnant, Or So I Thought.....
Now Before I Got Pregnant, I Probably Weighed 125-130 Pounds, Had No Gut Whatsoever!!..My Jeans Were A Size 2 Or 3...(I Was Always Skinny)..NOW, UGHH, Sad Enough, Its Been Almost A Year Since My Princess Was Born, And I Find Myself Weighing In At 150 And My Jean Size Is Now A 7(And Thats If Im Lucky) And When I Do Were My Jeans My Gut Is Really Out There!!...I Really Dont Eat That Much ThroughOut The Day, Well At Least I Dont Think I Do..............Now Because I Dont Feel Good About My Body, Im ALWAYS Wearing SWEATS!...

ANY ADVICE.....?

i dont think being size 7 is bad.....
you shouldn't just wear sweats because u dont like your body...
i think wearing sweats all the time looks way wroser than just seeing your gut out there.....
Do you exercise??

No need to "yell"...we can read just fine without the caps. Adding some exercise can help boost metabolism.

Typing Every Word With A Caps. OR TYPING IN ALL CAPS. It is hard to read.

But I don't think wearing sweats is going to make you feel any better about yourself. Go on a shopping spree and buy clothes that fit. If you have a muffin top, then the 7's are too small. Making yourself feel better in your clothes will help you loose the weight. You can't loose weight when you are all stressed and depressed.

why if you little time why dont u do different excerises every day for atleast 5-10mins. like one day crunches and then other days different things
