I get them all the time while I'm sleeping.. but in my calf... ugh... it hurts so bad that i have cried.. UGH!!

Drink water, that should help with relaxing everything that is cramping up... Or at least thats what i was told..

I use to wake up screaming when I was pregnant! I would get them so bad, it hurt like hell!! They got a lot worse after 30 weeks!

i got one a couple days ago in my calf in the middle of the night...i woke up screaming i scared the shit out of my family.....my mom thought somone was killing me and i woke up Edison....
