It's a myth.
but it was right for me. My baby's heartrate was always in the 170s and it turned out to be a girl.

not true. Camayas heartrate was always in the 130s and 140s...shes definitly a girl lol

Before i found out what i was having my baby's heart rate was in the 180s and i am having i baby girl... So for me it work but everyone is right you cant go by that cause it is totally inaccurate... I just got lucky...

my baby heart rate was 157 at first and than the last heart rate was 143 so i don't know

so i'm so glad i found this topic cause i've been think i was having a boy from an ultrasound i had when i was 19 weeks but then i just got another one at 31 weeks and they said its a girl. my problem with that was that the heart beat has always been in the 130-140s but now apparently that doesn't matter so maybe it really is a girl
