Teeth grinding and teething

So I know it's common for babies to grind their teeth when they finally are able to.  Vince started doing it a couple of months ago and then quit.  Now all of a sudden he's doing it again.  Today he was grinding them so hard that he made his bottom gum bleed a little bit from biting on it.  I'm pretty sure he's teething.  He's been a little out of sorts today, just crankier than usual, plus he cut his seventh tooth a couple of weeks ago which means number 8 should be quick to follow.  I think I can see it beneath the gum, but it's still early.  Does anyone else have a little one who grinds their teeth when they're teething?

jamil tried it once, but luckly he never did it again... That sounds kills my ears!

I'm just wondering if he's doing it because he's teething.  He's started biting again too, and he was doing really well with not biting for a while.

biting is always a sign of teething for Jamil.. So I would say yes another tooth is probably in your near future.. Just my guess though.

Averi does it randomly. The sound drives me nuts.
