So I weighed myself this morning and I was extremely happy with the number. It's what I weighed when I got married 2 1/2 years ago, I can honestly say I never thought I would see that number again.

So why can't I just be happy with the number? I'm so hard on myself. Yeah, the number is low, but the way I actually LOOK really bothers me. It bothers me that people probably still think I have baby weight to lose because of my stomach.

What matters more to you? The number or the way you actually look??

The way you feel about yourself .
The number doesn't matter someone who weighs 220 lbs can be happy inside and that number doesn't matter 1 bit.

I'm the same way! The scale is glorious, my weight is fine it's me that broken haha

To me it's the way I look. Because before I was 160 lbs, but i still had a flat stomach and everything. Right now I'm only one lb away from that, but i still feel like i look fat.

It's our eyes! We need them fixed.

Someone could be a ton of pounds, and look great,& someone else can weigh nothing and look bad. It all depends on your body type, build, frame, and height. How you carry yourself matters too!

I picked"the way you actually look."

The way I LOOK. I'm almost down to what I was before I had any kids. But you wouldn't know it! I went shopping the other day, and it made me cry. Hence the reason I don't own a full length mirror. I look a lot better to myself just looking down, or behind at my booty. Seeing it from someone else's POV was horrible!

But i just got glasses! Maybe that's my problem, i can see too clearly haha.

I really think most of my insecurity is in my stretch marks. I despise them.

honestly.. i could care less about getting the last few pounds off... if i could just tone up and get my tummy back, i would be MORE than happy to weigh 8 or so pounds more!!!

the way i look definitly!! i dont even own a scale and i havent been weighted since my last dr appt. i used to be a size 2/small and now im an 8/med. i have one pair of 4's that used to fit me really well and i'll be happy once i can fit in them again. i really dont think i'll ever be able to wear my 2's so im not even gunna stress over that. the way i look in my clothes is way more important than any number!

I was going to have a both option but decided against it......it's one or the other! haha

That's how I feel. The number makes me happy, but not happy enough.....never satisfied!

See my opinion for you is different, i think your scale lies.

That's how I felt, too! And even now that I weigh a lot less I'm still not happy. It's just a vicious circle.
