I'm not PP yet but I wanted to warn you....
You might not ever get down to your origional pants size, even if you lose more weight than you gained while pregnant.
Your hips had to get super wide for that baby to come out!
lol

Good luck though, I'm sure you still look amaaazing.

I just keep my calories to 1200 or 1700 if bf (I have a really slow metabolism - you might need up to 300 more) and I go for a 45 min fast walk with my baby every day or if it's a day where my husband isn't too tired (he works 14hrs on weekdays) then he look after our son and I go to the gym for an hour tops.

I wouldn't eat anything with over 12g of fat in it and ONLY the suggested serving size... I would run or walk in the day and you can also get those work out videos called 10 Minute solutions for whatever you want... they are about 50 minutes... I have the prenatal pilates and the Pilates scultp and shape... they are great... I also used slim quick diet pills and drank water... and sometimes milk.... No pork, or beef... only chicken and fish... I lost 20 lbs in 2 months... and I looked great... I eventually went from 160 to 130 (10 lbs from my prepreggers weight) Hope this helps or gives you an idea.

Don't diet. Just change the way you eat. You can still have anything that you want, but use portion control. Walk, Walk,Walk. I cannot stress that enough. You have to get moving. Increase exercise and decrease portions. It's a life change that has to be made. Diets are too restricting and you end up blowing it because you deprive yourself of certain things for too long and when you are tempted chances are you'll pig out on them. Not just you but I mean any person. I've been able to lose 40lbs just by changing my habits. You can do it. You just have to stay positive, it won't happen overnight. Don't weigh yourself for at least a month. If you weigh every day you won't see the progress you're hoping for and it will frustrate you. That's why a lot of people give up. The more you increase your activity the better chance you have of dropping the fat and gaining muscle and that won't have a positive effect on the scale. So you can't always judge success by numbers. Go by sizes and how you feel. You'll be amazed at how wonderful you feel after losing just one pants size. It makes you want to stick to your routine. Good luck. If you get frustrated or just want to chat just pm me. I'm here all the time, as I have a serious lack of a social life.
