PP Period

About how many weeks after you stop bleeding are you suppose to get your period. I was beeding for about 3 weeks when I had her and now shes 9 weeks and still no period and im not brestfeeding, and I have BC but im wating to start b-4 I take it

i bled for 3 weeks and 8 days later i got my period.

It's different for everyone.

I had my son march 5th bled for about 10 days so march 15th i was done bleeding & then around may 28th i got my 1st period.

i bled for 2 weeks and got my period at exactly 6 weeks pp!

Baby#1, pp bleeding was 12 days
it took 6 weeks and 3 days for AF
Baby #2, pp bleeding was 11days (very light after day2)
I delivered on June 2nd, and got my first ppAF yesterday.

I bled for 3 weeks and then got my PP period 2 weeks later.

There is no general rule, and if you are not BFing I think you should start taking birth control right away, don't wait until you get your period. Because FIRST you ovulate, THEN you get the period, so it is possible to get pregnant before you start having your period.
