He's driving me nuts!

No not my BD but my little brother! He's 13 and is the most disrespectful kid I've ever been around! His response to almost everything is "Whatever", "So", "I wasn't even talking to you!". I'm getting so tired of it. I couldn't really tolerate it before I was pregnant but now I'm 34 weeks and completely exhausted so that doesn't help. He's constantly slamming doors on my mom and yelling at her when she asks him to do simple things like take the garbage out or feed the dog. Any suggestions for my mom to try? We've tried taking his cell phone, no computer, no tv, and not going anywhere, but he doesn't seem to care that he doesn't get to do anything. I'm so lost!

Find him a youth group or somethign else that he DOES like to do and get him involved in it. Then you would have something to take away and he would want to do better because he has something to look forward to.

Ugh. My little brother is JUST like that. He's 16 and obsessed with this game on the computer. I went to my mums place to clean on day and asked to go on the laptop, after half an hour of him whinging that he'll be bored if he gets off he lets me on. 5 minutes after I'm on, "Can I go back on now". He wags school about 4 days a week just to play on the computer, so mum's started taking the laptop to work with her and now he gets so bored at home he goes to school.

There's not really too much your mum can do. I think it's just a faze that he's going through, I know I was like that when I was around that age. I think she just has to let him be an annoying teenage boy and give him no reaction, then maybe eventually he'll get bored of it.
