breastfeeding and 90% weight!!! pics

my sons ped. swears I'm not overfeeding him. He was born at 8 lbs 4 ozs and weighed in at 11 lbs 12 ozs today at 5 weeks. He's had nothing but breastmilk and only eats for about 10 minutes each session every 2 1/2 - 3 hours during the day and sleeps for 6 solid hours most nights. I love him to death (duh)

my daughter went from 7lbs 10z at birth to 10lbs 5oz at her first appt. Its def the breastmilk!

Logan was 7lbs 15 oz at birth and today at 11 or so days old he is already 9 lbs 3oz.. strictly breastfed

Alex was 8lbs 4 ozs at birth and 9lbs 8ozs at 2 weeks so you may bet us out   for early weight gain. I feel so good after hearing all the bf horror stories!

Oh he is just adorable!! I know what you mean, though. Dylan was born 8 pounds 15 ounces and today at 6 weeks he's 13 pounds. He is having to supplement formula along with breast milk though. Our pediatrician said the same thing to us today. We're not overfeeding him, I guess, but it is really shocking to see your little one grow so fast, huh!

Sophia was 6 lbs 14 oz but 6.9 when we left the hospital and at 4 weeks weighed 10 lbs! lol she got chunky fast! doubled her birth weight by 2 1/2 months

i also have a friends whose baby is really chunky off JUST breastmilk she weighs 25 lbs! and is just 7 months old. and she was almost 8 pounds at birth. her doctor said nothing you can do about it.

awww..he is too cute..wish i had pics to put upof my 5 wk old baby girl..she was 9 lbs. 8 oz at birth..i bet she is every bit of 11 or 12 pounds now..she is breast and formula fed..

I like it but it's a bit hard to get him in and out of since it's so low. He's slowly getting to like it, he hates anything that he has to be buckled into. It's really nice because it folds up and can be put in a corner and not take up too much room when he's not using it and you can move it from room to room without a huge hassle.

My son was always in the top percentiles of height & weight until he got mobile....then starting at 5 months, he was off the charts for height & 60-75% for weight  .
