I'm having my sisters husbands baby..idk how to excplain it to her. My baby is due Sempt 14. I need to let her know before the baby is due. I dont know how to tell her, and I am aware that there are going to be negitive comments on this subject but I would prefer to keep them away. This is a very tramtic time for me right now. I have already had many complications with this pregancy and I have been labled "high risk" and will most likely be needing to have a C-section. Any adivce?
