Should I stay or Should I go??

I just got home from my mom's house where we went for a few hours. Nothing highly active, just watching tv. We had subway for dinner, and about an hour after I ate I started to get heartburn, so I took a couple tums and it seemed to settle down. Then starting around 10:40pm I started having really hard and strong cxns about every 3-4 mins, and they haven't stopped. And the pain doesn't fully go away in between them either. I haven't felt my LO move since they started either. No strange leaking, bleeding, or anything like that, but these thing hurt like hell. Not to mention the EXTREME pressure down there since they started...
I'm only 30 weeks and 6 days, but I have a history of pre-term labor.
Should I just try and rest and see what happens or should I go up to L & D??

If you are concerned I would atleast give them a call or go in.

I'd say go,Ive been told by my doctor if they get less than 5 minutes apart to come in.Your early too and with a history i wouldn't risk it.Can't hurt anything,if its nothing then atleast it will ease your mind!

I just called L & D and they said to drink 32 oz of water in the next half hour and lay down. If the cxns don't stop to then go up and get checked out...
She even told me that I shouldn't have done the dishes and take care of laundry today....
