Quoting Katie[marie]: I have a question how hard was it to get government housing?Aside from providing endless amounts of paperwork, not hard. I knew we'd qualify with me being pregnant and unemployed and my boyfriend working at a convenience store. You basically have to prove that you don't havea lot of money (that means pay stubs, verification from the employer, bank statements, an estimation of bills, etc.) It only becomes annoying if you're in college, which I was at the time we applied. Because then you have to prove you're not getting too much money in loans and prove that you're not just trying to get cheap student housing. I would definitely look into it! And our apartment is really nice...you can't tell it's government housing at all. I'd be happy to have it paying full price if we could afford it.
Quoting Jessie [Isabella's Mommy]: Part of the reason I'm willing to pay anything at all is that I want to exercise but am too afraid to ... [snip!] ... stuff, mommy & me type of stuff...but I can't afford it (since they're classes they got in addition to membership).
Quoting Rileyxo: I applied for housing and I've called and everything and my application still hasn't been reviewed. It's ... [snip!] ... after I have the baby. We used to get it free through my mom's work but when I turned 18 they wouldn't do it for me naymore. The whole process of applying, getting paperwork, and moving in took less than a month. I know it's different state by state, but I'd try going IN to the place. Our woman takes like a three hour lunch break and won't answerthe telephone. Be a bully!
Quoting Brenda-♥ the Bewbz: Same here, I want to work out...but I'm afraid to go out alone. My "friends" are all bitches who are ... [snip!] ... And my bf is too lazy to work out with me, lol. So I would love to have a safe place to work out by myself, which I can afford.

Although I think it's hard for them to relate...once you're expecting your priorities and your life change and theirs still haven't. My boyfriend works and hates summer anyway, lol. Good luck finding a buddy! Maybe get a prenatal DVD? I've done those. Wear me out.

Quoting Katie[marie]: Ohhh yea i dont have a job and im not a student
Quoting Rileyxo: Me neither. Even though I have an interview tomororw. And since I won't be enrolled next semester I'm technically not a student.Do you have to be 18 to get govenment housing?
