Need to lose 80 pounds desperately!!

Ok...so here's the deal. With my last baby I gained over a hundred pounds...didn't happen with my first so I can't figure out what went wrong. Anyhoo, I lost 25 pounds of the weight but can't seem to get the rest off. I've been to the gym tried the eating healthier thing and still can't seem to shake this baby weight. My son is 6 months now and I'm preggers again. I actually think I need to lose some weight before I have this one. Any suggestions?

Well whatever you do dont diet during the pregnancy.

I would say just exercise everyday. Walk and do light weights. Eat healthy. There's really no magical pill to take, just exercise and eat right.

Please don't diet! your baby could suffer from low birth weight if you do. Just eat really healthy, lots of fruits and veggies. Don't deny yourself protein (that doesn't mean a McD's Drive-thru) Stay away from what I call "Cookie Crap" and eat healthy portions. Don't go overboard. Do 1 thing a day for exercise, even if it's walking for at least half an hour a day   Remember: Healthy Babies are Worth the Weight!!

Don't diet while preggo just watch how much weight you gain while you're pregnant with this one and then work it off once you have this baby

Talk to your doctor. I know some of the girls here followed the nutrition guidelines for gestational diabetes even though they didn't have it for health and weight reasons but DO NOT start dieting on your own now without medical advice.

I'm in the same position. My son is six months old, I'm pregnant again and I still have all the baby weight from my last pregnancy. I've cut out all sodas and sugar drinks. I only drink water or crystal light. I resist the urge for sweets and eat fruit or sugar free chocolate when I need something sweet. I snack on veggies a lot and I eat a salad before every meal so I fill up on greens and not the main course. I try and go for a walk every night or do stretches at home when I can't. Ive also been looking at pregnancy fitness videos online to do. I've lost 6lbs in the last two weeks just changing my eating habits and drinking loads of water. Don't deprive yourself, just be conscious of what you put in your body.
