Sick feeling

I am wondering if any other close July moms are feeling the same as me? I think I lost my mucous plug friday and have felt bad ever since! I have been having headaches off and on, contractions off and on, and I feel like Im going to be sick off and on! Has anyone else felt this way? Last week at the doctor we were still at zero with no progression! Can anyone help me, I don't want to call the doctor or go to the hospital just to be sent home over nothing... Living an hour away Im getting nervous!
