Does anyone else experience restless leg syndrome when they are pregnant! I hate it. It keeps me up and drives me nut when I'm awake. I don't think there is anything I can do about it though I had it with my two other kids but it's starting earlier, just like everything else!

Yes, I did big time. And no, I don't think there is anything you can do- at least I couldn't. I found that stretching helped a little bit.

Yep. I've got it.
It's a real test of sanity if you've got it bad. lol I hate it. I have to lay in bed and like kick my legs around for about 45 minutes before I can fall asleep.

Warm baths/showers were the only thing that helped me.
I had the shower running at 3am many times.

I got it with my first and it NEVER WENT AWAY. Now that I'm PG with #2 it's even worse. The only thing i can do is stretch my calf muscles...if that doesn't work I have my DH punch them on either side. (kinda like a deep massage??) and taking a HOT bath herlps when it bothers me so bad I can't sleep. Glad I'm not the only one with this problem!

i had it bad during my pregnancy...i still get it now but not as bad...it gives me bad anxiety attacks for some odd reason

Honestly the best thing that helped me is going poop. LOL! Seriously it totally helps! I always crash right after I do, cuz it's the easiest time to fall asleep.

Thats another thing! This is going to sound wierd and nobody will probably be able to understand what I'm mean but I get what feels like mini panic attacks. I lose my breath and feel this thumping that feels like a heart beat! Well I finally realized that I think it's the baby kicking my insides instead of my stomach! I don't know!

Yeah, I'm a little confused by that too. I don't know if I want to fall asleep pooping either.
