Baby weight

im just wondering how much everyones babies weighs or weighed at 2 months..aaliyah weighs 11lbs she almost weighs as much as my bestfriends baby and hes 6months...is this okay lol

its fine. They're all different

yep all babies are different.

xavier was around 11lbs at 2 months too. he's now almost 9 months and 24lbs...he's a big boy.

lol well im not like callin my baby fat or anything but like my family says i need to watch her weight and im like im not gonna starv my child but the funny thing is she only eats 6oz so i dunno...o well i love my chubby butt haha

i wouldnt worry at all. if your doctors not worried, there's no need for you to worry.

I agree with her.... some babies are huge when they are born and some are itty bitty little things so it just depends on your situation. My lil bro wassomewhere around 10 lbs when he was born and all the rest of us were about 7-8 so all babies grow differently  

Aidan was 9lbs and 6ozs at 2 months but he was also born tiny. Your baby sounds like a good weight to me...

lol okay....good! because she was born 7lbs 50z then went down to 6lbs and and at 2 weeks she was 9lbs! lol

i think your friend's baby is itty bitty and your chunky monkey is pretty typical. My preemie weighed 5 pounds 5 ounces at 2 months, so I've become a bit more relaxed about comparing to other babies. They are all different and at 2 months they totally eat for hunger and need not for boredom or emotional comfort, so she knows what she needs.

My chunky monkey was 12lbs 6oz at 2 months.   He was 75th percentile. Booby babies are always chunkier. Every baby is different though... 11lbs is perfectly normal for a 2 month old. It sounds kinda small for a 6 month old though.

I think Brennan is somewhere around 11lbs now, too. He eats 4 or 5oz every 3 to 5 hours. He was 7lbs 8oz at birth. I read that 4 to 6lbs is normal weight gain for their age.

Julien was 12 lbs 7 oz at his two month check up. He was 8 lbs 14 oz when he was born.

Malaki isn't even 2 months yet and weighs ll lbs 8oz.! He's a big boy, but weighed 7lbs 5oz at birth. Don't worry!

My son was 13lbs 5 ounces at his 2 month appointment. He is 6 months right now and he weighs around 20 lbs. I havent gone to his 6 month appointment yet, so I dont know the exact weight. My son is not fat either other than chuby cheeks. In two weeks he will be 7 months and still fits into 3-6 months clothing perfectly. I think you friends baby is a little underweight but who know every baby is different.

By 2 months Kaydin had already doubled his birth weight. Karson on the other hand is 2 pounds behind kaydin and he weighed more at birth. Every baby will grow at their own pace. Baby girl is just gettin big. The boys are going in next week for 4 month check up and with my scale it says kaydin weighs 15lbs and Karson is a little over 13lbs.
