The best advice I got was to get up and start moving as soon as they offer. I was standing up within 12 hours and up and walking by the next morning. It's scary, but push yourself and just get over the scary part

Well, I had no choice in mine.. so I kinda had to deal with whatever came along with it.. It's a rough recovery, just rest and take it easy I guess..

I have kidney disease and this is as far as they can push my body without my kidneys failing so here we go! Thanks for the prayers

I'm sorry they have to take your baby so early! Make sure you take lots of pictures. Move the blankets away from her face. all my photos have blanket faces.
They give good drugs with that, morphine drip My cousin just had a c section this early am! I say her this afternoon she said she was feeling pretty good. But she needed lots of help getting up to freshen up in the bathroom. And I guess you are on a clear liquid diet afterwards sooooo get some yummy food in before you have to fast!

well good luck!! I think the best advice I could give (I have had 2 c sections...and I am having a 3rd in September) no matter how bad it hurts don't baby yourself.....the longer you wait to try to walk and stuff the harder it will be...also... they will check to make sure (okay I don't even remember what the hell it is...) anyways they check your stomach to make sure something isn't like balling up..They push really hard on your belly..to me this hurts really bad but it hurts worse if you tense up...it's gonna be hard but try not to tense up.If I think of something else I will let you know...I don't mean to scare or worry you...but I think the more you are prepared for the easier it will be.
