Baby acne?

Chloe has baby acne somethin' fierce. I bathe her every night with Johnsons Head to Toe body wash and gently wash her little face

But it seems to be worse on some days than others...This normal? How do I get this to clear up? She's 8 weeks, I thought it would be done by now

Hayden has it but very little, its normal. it seems like its weird to not get it.

and i was told to only bathe them every 3rd day, does that change in the upcoming weeks?

watching my daughter has it also...i think
