what do YOU think? maybe TMI, semi-long.

For about 4 hours last night, every time I wiped, I was leaking sweet smelling fluid. I wondered if I'd ever actually know when it was 'sweet smelling', but that's the only way to honestly put it. I definately know exactly what sweet smelling means now, and that's what happened every time I wiped. Today, which was the day of my shower, btw, I have nothing leaking, well a little sticky clear stuff, it's pretty thick, like snot, but not yellow like the normal discharge I have. The baby hasn't been moving as much lately, and when he has the hiccups I can feel them way lower, and I'm able to eat more because it feels like my stomach is not so smashed. I'm pretty sure he's dropped, not completely sure because I'm not a Dr. and I've never been pregnant. But when I walk it literally feels like I'm contracting or dialating, althought I don't know what either of those feel like, either. So, what I'm looking for is advice from those who have already been pregnant and experienced all these symptoms. Do you think labor is somewhere in the near future for me? I've gone into pre-term labor 2 times, and haven't been put on bedrest or anything for it, they just stopped the contractions by a shot. I'd love for him to stay in there until my due date, but I just have a feeling he's not going to. . . I need your opinion, do you think it's almost time? Or could it be just my body getting ready for when it is time? I'm confused and HATE not knowing what's going on with my body.

I think that the sweet smelling liguid is probably amniotic fluid,but there is no way to be sure without seeing your doctor. I know you need to drink TONS of water just in case it is, so the fluid replenishes itself until you get to the doctor. Good luck

Do you think he's dropped from the other things I said was goin on, like his hiccups being felt lower, and oh, when I pee I literally have to SQUEEZE to get it out

yeah. I know my baby has dropped. His head is a little more than 2 inches from my pelvic bone and doesn't move around much. The head should feel engaged. The pressure on your bladder is more painful for me than anything. Yeah you can only pee a little at a time. Sounds about right.

Ugh, I hate the feeling, it's like I have to pee all the time, like that tickling feeling... he moves still, just not as much as he used to, and I just don't feel right, I don't know I seriously doubt he's gonna stay in there another month..

It doesn't sound like it. Good luck and let me know what happens. Call your Doc. to be sure. Oh and wear a pad so you can tell what type of discharge you are having.
