I'm so embarrasssed about this and need support. I looked in my undies this morning and found a worm. I'll post a pic in a second. But can anybody advise what is safe to use to get rid of them when pregnant???

go to a pet store and buy a few bottles of puppy de-wormer. mix it with vodka and drink up.
