Maybe you can get the county to pay for one when you move. They won't let him take them anyways. They're to young. You can have it put in an agreement that he can't have anyone watch them that you don't approve of. Plus if he's in another state he will have to come and visit until they're older.

Really? He keeps trying to tell me that he's going to take them away... all the time... at first I was worried but now I'm just sick of hearing it and just laugh at him... He's military so I've been told that he wouldn't be able to have them for very long anyways... Thing is, my mom has mental issues and he tries to hold that against me saying that he doesn't want them around my mom... fine, they wont be around her ALONE anyways, my mom is crazy... but his mom has a dirty house, and I swear to god it's unsanitary to live in and it's always so cold in the winter.... Can I have CPS go there and check the house out before they get there? They leave food out, the dog shits everywhere, they start remodleing projects and don't finnish them so there are holes to the out side... the house its self is sooooo old that there are drafts coming from everywhere... It's personally not safe.. that and his mom likes to give them SODA in a bottle.... it drives me nuts...

He can't take them away. He will be lucky to get visitation. I would tell them about his moms. Men always threaten, but they really usually don't have any power. He probably won't want them anyways once he realizes how much work they are. Kids need there mom more then anything. Especially if he moves around a lot. You can provide a more stable environment.

DON'T DO IT!!!!! BE STRONG!!!!      You will probably just get sick anyway b/c you have gone so long without a cig, and with the way pregnancy makes you feel anyway...I'd say not only will you feel like crap after for giving in, you wont get the stress relief from it anyway. Someone mentioned eating chocolate..DOOOOO IIIITTTTT! Chocolate relieves stress as well. So go take the amount of money it would have cost for a pack of smokes and buy that much chocolate. You will feel WAY better about eating the chocolate and it tastes yummier!!! You can do it sweety!!!!

hey... just be strong. i understand how it is to be stressed and cry every day.. my husband left two days after i found out we were going to have a baby togather.and i quit the second i found out. drinking, smoking, i even quit drinking pop... all you have to do is wait 21 more days and you can smoke all you want... just be strong, not for you but for your baby =]
