Honestly I am a smoker and I do know how horrible it is and will deal with people telling me so I am not afraid to get bitched at for something that I am sure is hurting my baby, Now Kate you are way stronger than me and you can continue to be strong! Be smarter than me and don't cave in! try taking a walk or have a nice soak in the tub! I'm rooting for ya sweety and you CAN do it!!!

well i said im not advocating for it and my 1st born was preemie and 3lbs. 4oz and i quit smoking a year before i got preggo and had my last drink 3 mo before conception so things happen and go wrong either way

I have tried the hot bath, and finding something to keep me busy and I tried napping but when I get stressed out I cant sleep...
hmmm maybe I will just go for a walk... Then if that doesnt work I will stop at the gas station on the way back from my walk....
