So what do you think, normal?”I totally feel for you Some advice: Ice bathes in those viberating/bubbling foot bathes things are WONDERFUL! Get hubby (or anyone else willing) to rub your feet, being sure to push from the toes up towards the hips, this helps to push fluid and blood back up. And keep them as elevated as you can - the ideally need to be above your heart level to really get the swelling to come down! Good luck!

Thanks, the tingling and pain had me a little worried!”my feet get so swollen taht i can't bend my toes...and when i touch them i can see the marks from my fingers 30 minutes later...everytime ive spoken to my dr. i tell him...but my blood pressure is great so he said it wasnt anything to worry about. You can try cutting back on salty foods too...that helps a little..
