So I found out my answer!!!

Well I called the police station and they told me since I am 17 years old that I can legally leave the house with out my parents permission and that the cops can not do anything and I asked well what ifmy parents try and say that I am unstable and he is like well the copsstill can't do anything because your 17 just let your parents no your leaving and don't dissapear because if you do that you can be charged as a missing person or a runaway because they didn't know where you were but I stay in Greenville SC so it could be different else where!!!

why are they stopping you from leaving anyways?

I belive you have to be 18 to leave the house without your parents permission . Atleast it was in C.A I had to wait untill my 18th b-day tmove , and i did end up moving with my bf to A.Z 2 days after i turned 18.

wow that sux, i moved out a week before i turned 16

good stuff you only have to be 16 here! 
and i moved out when i was 16 like 3 motnhs after i turned 16

Oh I don't know how it is in CA but I called the cops just to make sure so I wouldn't be charged as a run away and that's what they told me but like I said I stay in SC every state has different laws!!!
