nipple stimulation

Did nipple stimulation work for anyone...do you do both nipples. and how long..im so ready

If you do it too much it can cause stress on the baby if your contractions come too fast. Did your doctor say it was okay?

most everything you hear are just "old wives tales". When your baby is ready to come, it will come, I promise you that! LOL

supposedly you twist or strum one nipple until you get a contraction, then switch to the other nipple, do that one till a contraction, etc.

I dont understand. Do you just rub your nipples and your suppose to get a contractions. I have not had any, not even bh.

you twist between your thumb and pointer finger, or strum like a guitar. It mimicks a baby suckling, which starts contractions to expell the placenta.
